Delivery
Surpresa Natural currently delivers orders to the following countries:
- Germany
- all EU countries
- Norway and Switzerland
If you would like delivery to a country not listed here, please contact us in advance at info@surpresanatural.com. Please note that when shipping to non-EU countries, additional costs such as customs duties and import taxes apply upon import. Such costs are borne solely by the customer. To avoid unplanned costs and frustration, please inform yourself about the applicable import regulations in your country before placing an order.
Shipping locationsOrders from Germany, Austria and Switzerland are shipped by our logistics partner in Germany via DHL. Orders to all other countries are shipped from our location in Portugal.
Shipping costs- Germany: flat rate of 3.90 euros. From a gross goods value of 29 euros we deliver free of shipping charges.
- Other EU countries, Norway and Switzerland: flat rate of 7.90 euros. From a gross goods value of 50 euros we deliver free of shipping charges.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched no later than the next working day after receipt of the order (for prepayment, after receipt of payment). The regular delivery time is:
- within Germany 1-2 working days
- to Switzerland 2-4 working days
- to other EU countries 3-7 working days
- All orders are shipped via the delivery service provider DHL.
